I work with individuals and families who are noticing thoughts, feelings or symptoms that disrupt their natural ability to feel grounded, empowered, and whole.
Together, we honor the physiological roots of well-being — breath, movement, nourishment, playfulness, connection — while tending to the emotional landscapes within.
This work is not about chasing light at the expense of your shadows. It’s about getting familiar with the rhythms of both, and learning how to be with your experiences as they are, while continuing to grow and become a more skillful navigator.
In this work, we explore the mind-body connection and build nervous system awareness. We use mindfulness & storytelling as a healing practice. We create rhythms, routines & rituals that nourish you. Most importantly, we build the capacity to tune in and understand your innate wisdom and inner gifts.
Whatever you may be experiencing, therapy is a space to breathe, reflect, and grow.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a trained therapist. It’s a confidential, nonjudgmental environment to better understand yourself, work through challenges, and build tools for emotional and mental well-being. Individual therapy offers a space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward growth and healing.
